While the language is simple and easy to follow and remember, the topics are so complex and realistic. I love that it is not unidimensional for each character and his or her problem. It really overlapped well and the relationship of the brother and sister was appropriately supportive as well as strained. Overall, I felt optimistic despite all of her problems the protagonist faced. I thought it was a good narrator too! Recommend this YA book.

Review TBW. Short of it: a very realistic look at discovering ones sexuality and dealing with a loved ones mental illness.
