What Members Thought
Wow. So many things from the other stories, especially the Shadowhunter Academy, were pulled into this book. I think this series could end up being my favorite of all of them.

This book is a spin-off but I couldn’t find any explanation of the order you are supposed to read this book in conjunction with the other books. It says this is book one, but there is a whole world that is assumed that the reader knows-making a confusing beginning. That said once I got far enough into the book, I enjoyed it. I like the characters and their problems made the story line interesting.
