Lots of good info. Easy to read. Has meaningful information about the brain. Has NEW meaningful information about the brain. Dr. Medina implements his 10 minute rule to "grab" your attention when needed. Anecdotes range from silly to funny to simply very cool. Near the end of book, the info about the brain and functions gets a little tooooo technical for me. ...more

He has definitely not spent time teaching in a real school classroom so I took those opinions with a grain of salt. However I really enjoyed learning more about how the brain works and how we can apply the learnings from brain science in the real world.
