5 🌟 now that was a thriller. I enjoyed the playing with the readers head. I swear I felt as if I was becoming crazy lol.
Anna stuck in her home due to her medical condition. Only way for her to pass time is to watch her neighbors, drink wine, take pills, sleep and watch old movies. But wine, pills and thriller movies don't mix well when she witnesses her neighbor being murder. Or do she? Police doesn't believe her.

Audiobook narrated by Ann Marie Lee.

Not sure I should blame my reaction on the author or the reader.... in any case, inconsistent and list my attention long before the end. And the end... read like a screen play.
I picked this up because there seemed to be so much energy around it. The energy didn’t speak to me.

I seem to be on a real thriller kick lately. I wanted to read this book before I see the movie in May and I’m glad I did. It was a very fast read. I was entertained the entire time, I was also surprised that the author is a male. I thought the way Anna was written it was definitely a female writer. I’m looking forward to seeing the adaptation.
