Mae, dear Mae. Being caught up in a dreamlike state throughout the entire book. The adage of if it is to good to be true then it is rings through and through. While I found her quasi rise through the levels of the Circle or lack thereof left something to be desired her blindness to those who love her the most was the most frustrating.
