This was just ok for me. I read it for my Paper and Glam bookclub. I don't think this author is for me. This is the second book of hers that I have read this year and both were just ok. This book takes a long time to get to what happened at the bbq. This story is really about how different people deal with traumatic experiences,th e bbq and also Oliver and Erika's childhoods. It is also more of a character study than plot based and if you don't like books like that, I would pass on this one beca ...more
