Morrie told Ted Koppel that he wanted to die with serenity. I would like to live with serenity. I suspect Morrie already had the living part down pat, although I think it is the harder of the two to achieve. I persevere & maybe one day will achieve it.
"Forgive yourself before you die. Then forgive others." It's so much easier to do the latter. I'm glad Morrie made peace with himself, it is no simple thing. We are so very hard on ourselves.

It somehow seems mean to give this book a low rating, since Morrie seems like an amazing teacher and wonderful person.
