This is a history of western philosophy written for 14, 15 year olds wrapped in a cute little story. The tone of the philosophy course was somewhat condescending and the story wasn't worth reading the book for.

Yay for my sixth grade(?) introduction to philosophy. I loved this book. I am attached to it in that deep nostalgic way you remember the books that completely change the way you see. I don't think I'd want to go back and read it again though. It would probably spoil the memory of that first reading.
