I actually enjoyed the mystery to this story. The reasoning for it at the end was blah but piecing it together as I read was interesting.
Nora going to a old friend Hen party. A friend she hasn't spoken to in years. She's surprised to be asked but she goes rooming up with a mutual friend Nina.
But while there she's remembering her past. Plus finding out why her friend Clare invited her. Then a death happens and she's waking up in the hospital trying to piece together what happened and why.

there is so much potential in this book... where have all the good editors gone?!?!
My issues (with the book:)
- The premise... I can not imagine any woman I have ever known agreeing to go away for a weekend to honor a person she hasn't even spoken to in a decade.
- Unbelievably juvenile "adult" women.
- a couple characters seem to just disappear
- the middle is a slog

I read this quickly and hungrily and was disappointed by the ending. The way the book resolved lost it a star from me.
