Completed this for the third book in a trilogy for the 2015 PopSugar reading challenge (but this has now since expanded to four with a fifth in the works). The entire series was very easy to read (or to listen to, in my case), however on the overall, the books were just meah. Felt very drawn out. I think this whole series could have been a duology, if not a stand-alone. Huge chunks of the story can be easily cut and tossed out and nothing will be missed.
