This book was an interesting account of what the author thinks happened to Chris based on accounts of people that he met along his journey and the diaries/notes he left behind.
I love Krakauer and this book didn't disappoint. I could have done without the parallels to his life, but overall very well written. I read the whole thing cover to cover in about 4 hours. Could not put it down!

Good book - dragged when Krakauer added his own theories. Stick to the story - it doesn't need any fluff.
