Margaret Atwood is undoubtedly in the uppermost echelon of writers. Many current literary critics refer to Gillian Flynn as "The Queen of the Macabre," but IMO, that title should be reserved for Atwood. At age 75, Atwood is STILL producing both intelligent & chilling literature.
