I wanted so badly to like this book. It had concepts like warping and wormhole. And to think that the book was published in 1962 adds to how cool I thought the book would be. Unfortunately, the story doesn't hold up. The character development is weak, the story line is weak and annoying at times. Plus the subtle undertone of Christianity throughout the book was unexpected and unnecessary. ...more
