I am pretty sure that I read this before and probably would have given it a higher marking then. I knew I had read it before when I saw that this was the one where his apartment was in question. I did not recall the whole story though. It was good even on a re-read. Although the ending kind of snuck up on me.

I read books where a dead body is found within first 20 pages. In this book, the dead body comes in only after about 60 pages. Am surprised i stuck with this book. I didn't find this book as impressive as 'Death at la Fenice'.
