What Members Thought

An interesting if fairly tedious sixth in this series. A simple murder of a not very nice man, with painstaking and slow police work eventually solving the case. Lots of description of the 'state of the Swedish state in the early 1970s. Well written/translated.
The vastly overblown GR blurb (the novel isn't shocking, the murder is not brutal, the money markets are not in a spin, the town is not terrified, the vice is not so despicable, the case isn't intriguing!):
