What Members Thought

After a two year lull I have now read the second book in the series about the Swedish Detective, Martin Beck. My observations from before remain firm - very "un-heroic" style of policing (although in this book he does get nearly killed), and lots of team work. Totally unlike all of the loners, and "stars" of other European procedural detective fiction I have read.
