2024 re-read. Full of witty dialogue. Who cars ‘whodunnit’, it’s the writing that is so good!

Having recently discovered this author when reading the review of her twenty-fifth whodunnit, and having read the two 'best' ones, I have turned to the first in the series, and it was a terrific read as well. A delight.

This one's environment was a nunnery, and we learn much about the day-to-day life, people, and routine, of the institution, as Sloan and his not too bright DC investigate a nun's death. Wa
