A man is found dead in a car wreck and the local police calls on Scotland Yard to help. Bobby Owen arrives on the scene to find no shortage of suspects and some strange goings-on. Very complex plot involving financial instruments and an interesting cast of characters.

Convoluted

I didn't like this one as much as the previous stories. None of the characters were truly likeable and the mystery was long and sort of boring. Maybe the next one will redeem this one.

Quite a complicated mystery for Bobby Owen and everyone gets suspected for at least a chapter. Bobby and his boss whiplash among the suspects as each clue is introduced, then proved false but leads to another, only to have that one fall apart.
