Shelves: mystery-detective-grp, mystery-classic, rread-2021

Lots of humor in this mystery as Cockie is on the world's worse vacation that he wasn't enjoying even before the murder. The (hopefully) imaginary island where the group is stranded is every traveler's worse nightmare: a law onto itself only interested in apprehending someone for the murder and any tourist will do. But Cockie knows how to interview the locals: speak English loudly and add an 'a' to the end of the word. Maybe resort to pantomime. ...more
