Shelves: mystery, detective, police-procedural, queens-of-crime, 1920s

I think this was my first Josephine Tey—I know, shame on me. I picked this one up from the Friends of Ngaio Marsh book sale, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pacing seemed a little slow, and there was some head-hopping and two unexpected first person interruptions, but I'm willing to overlook those. ...more
