Okay let's see I loved it of course because it's a Mortal Instruments book, but come on, can't Jace and Clary catch a break? The things they've been through should be illegal (the fact that most of them actully are is besides the point)! They should just have gotten together and lived happily ever after on some island or something...I guess there is still a chance for all of that since there are three more books, but still! Jace and SEBASTIAN?! Sebastian of all people!!! What happened at the end

So When I found out there were going to be more books in this series I actually screamed like a little girl I was so excited. Now having read it I was a little disappointed, I do have a bit of a negative point on it, which breaks my heart to have to write. I felt it was no way near the same level of amazingness as the first three books. I just felt that the tedious relationship drama was the main focus. Jace and Clary drove me a bit nuts by the end with the back and forth and over the top drama.

well this was an interesting read. The first half of the book was mainly about simon and his vampire nature and his love triangle and also about jace and clary's relationship. There wasn't any real action until the end of the book and i didn't expect what was going to happen especially the last few pages with jace. What a cliff hanger! Now i have to wait for the city of lost souls to come out its too long to wait! I liked the new character of jordan and i hope him and maia get back together and

*VERY SLIGHT SPOILER*
Ok I nearly shot myself after reading it though because the ending - BAHHHHHHHHHHH talk about Cliff Hangers, this was one of the worst cliff hangers I've ever read after the one in the Hunger Games #2 concerning Peeta. I mean seriously
*A SLIGHTLY LARGER SPOILER*
Everything was so happy and then on the second last page, BAM! I knew it was gna happen though, like everything was too goog to be true! :)

Oh my freaking gosh! Can we say CLIFFHANGER. I loved this book as I do all of the MI series as well as the first book of the ID series. Even through sick kids, writing, and obligations, I managed to tear through this in a couple of days. Great book as always and man does she know how to tie us up and weave a web!!!

I absolutely love this series. It is well written and extremely engaging. I love that it has a feisty female lead character and a great male lead character that I thoroughly enjoy reading about. I can't wait for the final two books to come out.
