I was absolutely astounded when it was uncovered that Jace and Clary were siblings. I was shocked and perhaps even a little miffed after the discovery. From the first book, I thought they were perfect for each other and the incestuous happenings kinda grossed me out. Amazing I didnt think Clary would date Simon . It felt wrong because she knew she was inlove with Jace
