Quite frankly, I really didn't like this book. A lot of that was the main character. I know it's important to write flawed characters, and to not flinch away from mental illness or imperfect people. However, this felt more like a 'let's make her totally messed up and pile on every possible trauma and clichéd reaction'. I really didn't connect with the book, I didn't like the main character at all, and I really didn't like the whole doomed feeling of this book.
