Amazing! I can't remember ever being this caught up in a story, I literally came home each day opening the book to read some more, savoring each page, trying to think ahead of the story, picking all the clues Martin left about some of the events to come. For me, reading the first three books has been the best time I've had with a book, I think they ARE classics. Though I hated Martin for what he did to so many characters, I must say this is an amazing book. This is the best of the three books in the series I have read so far...
The way he builds up the story and the amazing world he created is definitely as good as (maybe even better than) Tolkien's Middle Earth.
I cant wait to know not only the future but also the past of this tale, what really happened to Rhaegar and Lysenne though I can guess a little.... ...more

Dear sweet heaven. I can't...I mean... Can't even say much because now moving ahead of the TV series and there are persons out there who will hunt me down and end me if I let loose any spoilers. But man oh man oh man oh man, that is one HELL of an ending.
