At the end of Live Me we were left wrecked and broken underneath that willow tree, hearts in our throats and stomachs in knots. The hopelessness these characters were feeling radiated through the pages, leaving me anxious to find out what was going to happen with Blake and his Angel. Well let me tell you, Breathe You gave me everything I could have wanted, and so much more! This is a story of love, hope, and salvation.

I pretty much devoured this book in less than two days. I couldn't put Blake and his Angel down.
The story picks up right after Live Me ended with a broken Eva and devastated Blake, but in their misery, the both of them find their own voices on their way back to each other. Celeste Grande's writing has a beautiful, poetic prose that draws you right in. It was a story of unconditional love and redemption, and so many possibilities for the awesome secondary characters to have their own stories. On ...more

Breathe You...how perfectly titled. There were times during this book where the air was stolen from my lungs because the angst was lodged in my throat. Admittedly, I'm an angst whore and this book fed my craving in a way it hasn't been satiated in a long time.
Celeste's debut, Live Me, showed her talent as a wordsmith, but Breathe You proved that all the words she writes are pure poetry. And what's even better than the profoundly beautiful words is the unforgettably beautiful story--the love, th ...more

Breathe You is a book that I have been both looking forward to and dreading ever since finishing Live Me. Why you ask? Looking forward to it, because having met Eva and Blake, I needed to know what happened next. Dreading it because with the struggles they faced in Live Me, I couldn’t imagine what would come next.
This installment of the story picks up immediately after where Live Me left off (so reading the first book is a must) and takes us through Eva’s journey of finding herself and fighting ...more

I have been waiting for this book FOREVER and Celeste made it worth the wait...this book is so well written you feel like your blending in the story, that you're there with Eva and Blake, feeling everything they are going through. I love the writing style, the poems, journal entries and as hard as they were, the memories. The supporting characters were as amazing as the primary characters and they made it easier to read the tough subject matter. All I can say is PICK this one up NOW, it is THAT
