Truly inspiring. It's ironic that I waited to read this until breast cancer awareness month, but I'm glad I did. Laney's struggle and the grace in which she faces it is depicted beautifully in this story. After reading the acknowledgments, it's clear this was a tale near and dear to the author, but I didn't need to read the acknowledgments to know that. Her true emotions and masterful descriptions bled from the page making it obvious Laney's pain was experienced first hand. There's no way around ...more

4.5 stars. Levi Beckford is Harley's best friend from Where We Belong. Laney Jacobs is Levi's true love from 8 years ago and now she's back in Missouri to win Levi's heart again. Laney and Levi went their separate ways because they had different paths to take. Levi never recovered because he had just professed something important to Laney while she dropped the bomb that she was moving.

Laney always regretted not handling the situation differently and never strayed from loving him. Laney has a lo

4.5 Emotional Stars!

I don't think I have experienced so many emotions in one book, I honestly went from crying to laughing in a matter of moments. The author has such a way of storytelling that you feel right along with the characters. I absolutely loved Where We Belong, but Pretty Pink Ribbons was so much more.....I liked that we got to see Harley, Tyson & Max in this story, but I loved the connection with the new characters, Laney, Luke, Mia, Benny and even Mason. Levi was always a great guy ~

Fan freaking tastic!

Levi was a scene stealer in Where We Belong, but I had the feeling underneath all that playfulness was a broken heart over a girl that got away.

From the second we meet Laney, she's always having to make a tough choice - for her and Levi, and now for herself. She was so likable that her struggles broke my heart, but I was inspired by her determination. She was determined to get the love of her life back, and fight like hell for the life that she wanted.

I loved seeing Levi ri
