After careful deliberation, after much debate and discussion, after weighing the pros and cons, I will #VoteLandry. To be perfectly honest, it was touch and go there for awhile in the beginning, but Barrett's charm, inherent kindness, and love for his family won me over.

Adriana Locke really knows how to write a strong female character, and Alison Baker is no exception. She's a single mother, determined to do everything she can to make a great life for her and her son, after a horrible situation.

4-4.5 stars. Alison Baker is a single mom working 2 different jobs while putting herself through school. Once upon a time, she lived a life in the public eye and it all went up in flames so Alison vows to herself to never depend on another person because it can all be taken away so quickly. Barrett Landry is the mayor of Savannah, now running for governor. He's neck to neck in the polls so this election will be a close one. While he should be focusing on seeking approval ratings and votes to bac ...more

Sway

QueenZany 5 Star Review

Sway
by Adriana Locke

Have You ever just fall in love with a story? Well that seems to be the case here. With “Sway” a divine, captivating, exquisite and sizzling romance. That had enraptured me from the start. I truly just had the urge to indulge in my whim and just go with the book. Which meant I didn't put it down. Yes I felt every tear that fell from my eyes. Then my heart would go pitter patter and then swell with t

I've never been a big fan of any type of political romance but Adriana really changed my mind with this book.

I was pretty skeptical because I didn't know what to expect but this book couldn't have been any better. Alison and Barrett are perfect for each other in every way, and I was really impressed because I felt Barrett really grew as a person in this book.

Barrett Landry is the mayor of Savannah and running for Governor. He doesn't have time for a relationship until Alison Baker changes all

If you are a fan of Adriana Locke's early work (The Exception, The Perception) then you will absolutely enjoy Sway. Don't get me wrong, this is NOT a repeat of those earlier works, but is definitely in the same vein.
In Sway, we meet the Landry family who are part of the Savannah elite. While we get glimpses of all 6 siblings, the focus is on Savannah Mayor, Barrett Landry, as he is approaching election day in the race for Governor. His unexpected lady love is single mom Alison.
These two are so

I devoured this book and absolutely loved it. Sway is shooting to the top of my list as one of my favorite reads of the year and probably even favorite ever. Adriana has a wonderful way with words and creating these amazing stories with characters and a storyline that keep you drawn in from start to finish. You feel like you are right there with the characters, living the story with them. I'm a sucker for a story with a child and I have to say, Huxley is one of the coolest kids ever. He reminds ...more

I know I am late to the party, but I recently listened to Sway by Adriana Locke, the first book in her Landry Family series, and narrated by Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross. I absolutely loved it! Barrett Landry seems like the perfect man. He is powerful, sexy, charming and almost out of reach. Alison is a single mother working to give herself and her son Huxley a better life. She is focused on their future, their small family and work. Then a chance encounter with Barrett changes everything.

Adriana Locke writes yet another phenomenal story! Everytime I think well this is my favorite book of hers, she writes my new favorite. This book is no exception. And I will never look at grapes the same way again!
Barrett Landry is the mayor of Savannah, running for governor of Georgia. A sexy playboy, he is determined to make a difference and will not allow anything stand in his way. This election is the ticket to everything he and his family has worked toward his whole life.
Allison is a singl

I stayed up way too late last night because I couldn't put this damn book down! I loved it! I loved everything about it! Barrett was perfect. Alison stuck to her guns and didn't roll over for him, and her young son Huxley was adorable. I was so happy to see so much interaction with his entire family, and I'm so looking forward to reading all their stories. Write faster, Adriana! I'm impatiently waiting to read! ...more

Sway... I've been swayed and Barrett has my vote. I swear every time I read one of Adriana's books it's my favorite of hers and Sway was no different. I absolutely adored Alison and Barrett.

Alison is so strong, I admire her will to take care of her son. Working multiple jobs and going to school, she's determined to give her son a good life after a very public and ugly divorce.

Barrett is a hot and sexy playboy politician, until he meets Alison. I loved his determination to sway Alison's vote. F
