After reading the first 2 books in The Bennett Series, When You Are Mine and Be Mine Forever I was firmly #TeamWalsh. I thought there was no way in hell that Kennedy Ryan could ever get me on #TeamCam. Oh how wrong I was! I mean if the woman could make me love a love triangle I should have never questioned that I would fall totally in love with Cam.

And fall in love I did...I am happily, giddily, firmly a #TeamCam convert.

Cam and Jo have been circling each other for years, years! Jo has long harbored major feelings for Cam, but he was never in a position to reciprocate those feelings. Finally we get to see these 2 come to the realization that they really are what the other wants and needs. I really loved the fact that once that decision was made, especially on Cam's part, that there really wasn't any back and forth between them. Once he made that decision, that was it, he was all in.

"I'm sorry it took me so long to choose you, Jo." His eyes, beautiful cloud and stromy sea, softened. "It's not because I never wanted you. I didn't think I should have you. That I deserved you. I still don't. I just can't fight it anymore. So you get that?"

Not that everything is smooth sailing for these 2, as Cam still has a lot of demons he's trying to fight through. But he never wavers in his love for Jo, even if it seems like it to her. I loved how he wanted to get better for her- not to change, but to be the best version of himself, to not let the ugly things from his past keep hold of him anymore.

"You are the best thing that ever happened to me, but I"m afraid I'll be the worst thing for you."

Gosh, I just adored these 2 together. There was so much emotion between them, you could feel it radiating off the pages. The humor, the love, the heat, everything about the 2 of them together was perfect. With their shared history they had an easy way about them, but to see them navigate this new intimacy between them made me smile, laugh, tear up...it was all there as we took the journey with them. I absolutely loved this book.

After reading the first two books in the Bennett series, I was very curious about this book and Cam's story. Ms. Ryan did not disappoint!
Going into this book, I had a certain impression of both Cam and his leading lady, Jo. As I got into the book, I discovered that those perceptions weren't 100% accurate and that both characters were a lot more complex than I expected.
Cam was much more open in Be Mine Forever and that openness helped change my opinion of him and helped me start to like him mor ...more

Loved, loved, loved the story between Cam and Jo! Totally fell in love with Cam's story, he really was harboring some deep dark secrets. True love never fails is all I can say, Jo and Cam are clear proof of that. ...more
