Steamy and smart! Chloe is one hell of a leading lady; brains, beauty, and sex appeal. I like that she's career driven and not the mushy, weakened by a man type BUT I happen to more of the latter and am hoping for a happy ending between Max and Chloe in the final installment of this series.

Wow! This story sucked me in right from the start. It was sweet, sexy, and downright yummy. I brought out every emotion - I laughed, I cried, I swooned, and, of course, I threw my kindle across the room once or twice. Do NOT miss out on these serials. Highly recommended!!

3.5 stars. Max and Chloe explore their chemistry in their new arrangement and getting to know each of them as a couple seems to hint that they might have underlying feelings for the other beginning to develop. This volume is pretty typical as far as couples go in an early relationship - conversation, intimacy and hanging out. Max clearly has a reason or secret as to why he can't be anyone's boyfriend. Also, the fact that they work for competing businesses becomes an obstacle for them to hang out
