It's a tome-contains some great quotes, wonderful speeches, and a way of looking at the world (personalism) that I've never encountered before. Not a bad thing-just different. ...more

This book made me cranky. The philosophy was interesting, but all of the characters were so deceptive and self-serving. I get that that was the point, but it just put me in a bad mood.

I was a jerk for weeks after I read this book, but it still remains one of my favorites to this day. EVERYONE should read this book.
