Brilliant, insightful, there is a reason it's a classic. Read other reviews here for the details. I'm just thrilled I made it through the longest book I've ever read! And I think that's why it's not a 5 star for me...too many narrator asides, too much detail, too long, in spite of intriguing plot lines and well developed characters. Still worth the investment of time. ...more
