If you've always dreamed of Bill & Ted reuniting to make a horror film, if you like the elaborate magical systems dreamed up by Tim Powers but think they're too well-planned and logical, if you think the head growing legs and crawling away gag in John Carpenter's remake of The Thing is the best SFX ever, if you love the combination of buddy comedy and demon hunting in Reaper... This book is just crazy fun. It definitely reads like a book put up piecemeal on the internet and then compiled into a book later--which is exactly what it is! That being the case I expected it to read even more disjointed than it does.

I liked the craziness a lot, but others might have a harder time getting into it/used to it.

The adventures of John and Davidona drug called Soy Sauce, which gives them ESP, clairvoyance, and the ability to see a greatevilseeping into our plane of existence. Utterly weird and hilarious.

It's very early 2000s in its language and humour and the author uses "retarded" (which is unacceptable, in my opinion) too much, but I enjoyed this book. ...more
