It took me a minute to get on-board with this book, but once it got cooking, I found I really enjoyed it. I like that our main characters aren't inherently good. They are both flawed and deceptive and make questionable decisions throughout. While there are antagonists and villains with truly terrible intentions, our main characters also have to struggle with the consequences of their own actions. I'm really curious to see how the next installment in this trilogy goes!

Happy Reading!

Nothing really bad about this book. I tried something outside my usual genre and found that this book was really not for me.
