I liked this quite a lot and related to Bridget a little bit more than I'd like to admit to. Aside from the obvious Mr. Darcy reference, not sure I would have picked up the Pride and Prejudice parallels if I hadn't read it earlier.
I also found it amusing that both Hugh Grant and Colin Firth were mentioned in the book, years before the movie was made. ...more

It was fine, but I wanted this to be so much better. Bridget is extremely annoying, which is warranted considering her family. I have no interest in reading further.
