What Members Thought
I've never read Anne of Green Gables. I've never seen any TV shows or movies and I've never been to Prince Edward Island. As the years went by, I got more and more scared to read it, terrified that I missed my window, that as an adult, I'd be annoyed by Anne's sunniness or something.
Good news! I loved it! Not only was Anne a joy, but the story was downright touching. I actually almost cried near the end. Oh, Matthew!
