My mom loves this book so much she gave it to everyone she knows one year for Christmas. I hated it! Just ridiculously sappy/sentimental and I'm not really sure it had anything worthwhile to say. I think I'm the wrong audience. Maybe lonely older people would find solace in this?

I enjoyed this book, but it had a lot of loose ends. I don't think the characters were integrated enough.

Delightful characters full of attitude. Takes awhile for the different storylines to start connecting and really start driving at something, but when they do it's captivating.
