Fine, yet not as good as expected. Although the writing is often sharp and witty, the humor here grew old for me after a while and some may have gone over my head completely as I have read little of Gaiman's work and nothing by Pratchett. The story is strongest when focused on Aziraphale and Crowley, who are engaging and multifaceted characters; after the cast expanded to include secondary and tertiary characters who are tangentially connected to the main plot, my interest began to wane.

Didn't grab me. Too rambling and repetitive with an unsatisfactory ending, but very clever in places, usually in the footnotes. Not my genre...but I'd recommend it for a fan of fantasy.
