I re-read these books every year and I've done this since the 6th grade when I discovered them. I absolutely love them.

Update from 2025: just got done listening to the audiobook narrated by Andy Serkis…AMAZING. Loved it so much. He is of course a great narrator with amazing energy in his reading! I definitely recommend this version of the audiobook! ...more

It's not fair to treat these as three individual books, but oh well that's how I read them and these are my covers. And Fellowship often takes too long to get going, serving only the first act of the awesomeness to come, rather than a first installment. ...more
