I feel the need to start off this review with a warning: if you loved To Kill a Mockingbird, then don’t read this novel. Go Set a Watchman is little more than fan fare in comparison to the brilliant novel that came before it (at least as far as publishing is concerned). I'm pondering over how I feel about this book. I don't dislike it nor do I love it. It was nice to revisit the characters of To Kill a Mockingbird again and seen them at a different time. The themes of this book about Racism and dealing with learning unpleasant truths about close family makes this book more relevant to today that when it was originally conceived back before Lee wrote he first book.
