I had such high hopes for this book. But I don't know... it was kind of a disappointment?
The idea behind the plot is terrifyingly brilliant. However the way it was done felt 'half cooked' to me. The characters felt a little bit too flat, and I couldn't care less about them. The world building could of been done with a little bit more detail, because there was not much information about how things looked, phisycally, after the war and after Nazis and the Japanese took EE.UU.

I love the series, but the book... Meh.
It's not bad nor good, in my opinion.
Some parts are really too "spiritual" I would say.
