This is probably the only book I will ever enjoy that is on the manditory school reading list. The author captured the whole tone of childhood and what goes on in a Child's mind. The book kept me laughing and I even read ahead on this one! Overall, this book is a lot of fun.

6-27-15 Listened to the audio version narrated by Sissy Spacek. Her narration made this book even better.
