4.5 stars? So lovely and beautiful, definitely something I would like to return to on a slower pace. It has one of the most gleefully bizarre short stories ever ("Usher II") but most of it is quite somber. Don't let the sci-fi trappings deter you: this is almost completely about humans and the issues of the time. Very Cold War era.

I don't know that I'd recommend it as there were stories I couldn't bring myself to finish but then there were others that I'd read again in a heartbeat.
