Gabby is new in her job as a teacher, moved, from another state and is now back living with her parents, she loves her job but life is a little dull until Blake enters her life.

Blake, Single parent and president of The Spartan Riders MC. Meets his match in more ways than one when he has a rebuking from his son's teacher for being late, he had never been spoken to like this and certainly wasn't expecting this teacher to get under his skin as much as she did.

What starts as a hate relationship turns into a brilliant romance of two people you would never have paired together on paper but it worked and it was so damn good.

" I love the way you look at me" he stroked the back of her captured hand. "I like the way you feel in my arms. You make me want things I shouldn't but I can't help myself. Everytime I touch you, I need more.

A great plot and all the main characters likeable, you have a president who has to put money in a swear jar but at the same time has the Alpha male thing going on. Blakes son Ash is adorable and brings lots of lol moments. A great read with humour a bit of angst and hot moments.

I felt the author did a brilliant job of balancing everything out so your interest was peeked throughout. My only negative would be this is written in third person, I would've loved it being in dual pov drawing you in more, into the thoughts and feelings of the characters, you don't get that feel with third person.

A brilliant start to a series and looking forward to more from the Spartan Riders MC.

Blake - HOT man and father to Ash, cleaning out the trash (his ex) while becoming a single father, he is the "Prez" of the riding club, hiding a secret (nothing earth shattering for us but for him it is,) a man who knows what he wants and he always gets what he wants. Did I mention doting dad in a cool way??

Gabby - Ash's school teacher, too big of a heart sometimes, has a dark secret and she tries to make that right all the time. Not afraid to speak her mind and speak up when she feels strongly about something....all around good person.

He first day of teaching kindergarten and little Ash is late. Gabby takes notice. Ash's parent is late to pick him up after school, on the first day....Gabby really notices. She waits with Ash and is met by Blake who catches her eye (and vice versa) wouldn't you know it she lets into Blake, but breaks it off when she didn't want Ash to hear the argument. Blake notices, she also seems to have a little spunk to her AND she shows genuine concern when it comes to Ash, Blake really notices.

Things move rather quickly, and Ash without knowing it plays matchmaker. Asking Gabby to come to the BBQ/party, and Blake is silently hoping she doesn't come. She has given the sense of not caring for him one bit, it is not really hate but he knows she is very cool and making up her mind when she doesn't know him or anything about him. Gabby is trying to guard herself, she has been down this road before and has the scars to prove it (figuratively and literally) She shows up and the party and fireworks begin after people start to leave the party and it is time to put little Ash to bed.

Does Blake win out in Gabby's mind and then her heart? Does Gabby stand a chance at being let into Blake's life or does he shut her out? Is there a happy, easy feeling all through their relationship? What kind of happy ever after ending are they given?

There is much much more that I would like to tell you about this book, but for the sake of not spoiling it for you, I strongly suggest getting this book. You will not regret it. ...more
