The fourth book in the series, I can't believe I'm only just discovering it!

I love a friend's to lovers romance and SoulMate ticked all the right boxes.

Sawyer and Gabi were joined at the hip all through college, she was his wing-woman and Sawyer treated Gabi like one of the guys but Gabi's feelings for Sawyer were more than friendship, a secret she kept to herself.

Unrequited love *sigh,
Gabi got to a point where she couldn't stand the hurt an Five guys. One bar. And a whole heap of sexy trouble…

Gabi got to a point where she couldn't stand the hurt anymore but didn't want to ruin her friendship with Sawyer and decided to move away? Gabi just left, the thoughts of carrying on seeing Sawyer with different girls after nights out with him were she waved him off at the end of an evening with a different girl, it was too much t bare and so she moved away without a word.

Gabi returns years later both for her mum and for a new job all the while hoping she doesn't bump into Sawyer again who she cowardly left without a word or forwarding address, only fate has other ideas.

I loved Soulmate, I had to admit Sawyer frustrated me, the guy was blind and his fear of long-term relationships foolish and Gabi too, how she kept quiet for so many years then just ran without even confessing made me want to shake her, she was naive at some points but I suppose sometimes the time has to be right and let's just say the hot chemistry with these two once they finally got it on made up for all those frustrations.

As I said, I can't believe it's the fourth book, I loved Sawyer's friends and the author didn't give any spoilers away with their story's, which makes me eager to also read those and I also look forward to reading Dante's book which is the next one, he seems like the bad boy in the group... yum :-)

I was completely engaged throughout and can't wait to read more from Katie McCoy.

Told in first person dual pov and leads to a hea, I wanted more to the hea but hopefully, I will see how they're getting on in the next book.
