Awe Rett...

I just love Jo Ravens tortured heroes and Jarett oh dear, I just wanted to hug him at times and make it all better.

Jarett or Rett has been so unfortunate in life, first he loses his parents, goes into foster care then when he finally has a home he loses his foster dad too who was a police officer and got caught up in a shootout. The guy has one misfortune after another.

Gigi is the sister of Octavia, so if you have read previous books in this series you would have caught glimpses of ...more

3 1/2 stars... I love Jo Raven so I had to leave a review because of my three stars. She is a great author and in this story I loved Jarett bless his heart but Gigi I just ... well she drove me a little crazy. At times it was like she was 12 and I just couldn't connect with her but I am glad with they way everything was handled in the end!! ...more

I enjoyed reading the book but I didn't enjoy it as much as Caveman. It might've been something with the characters because I did not get as caught up with them as with Octavia and Matt. It was a nice reading but I was expecting more, I don't know but I found myself going back to Cave man to read it over. ...more
