I really like the males in this series and I really liked Lana but eventually the women become annoying. First, enough about Emmie, she is horrible with Nik. She is abusive and disrespectful to him. She is full of herself, I know the guys took her in but she's not their manager and she doesn't contribute to the band so why is she considered like the one that makes all the choices and producers fear. Sweet & Sour

Love this series, although each book focuses on the main characters being Drake and Lana, this lovable rock star family are very much a part of the story in each book, and the overprotective Emmie who still takes care of her boys is very much active.

Each book starts with a glimpse of the past on the trailer park their upbringing and how Emmie was in their lives for them to look out and protect from her abusive mother. The bond with these guys and Emmie is heartwarming.

I am loving this series. I was concern in the beginning. I felt I was reading everything all over but Drakes review as in books two The Rocker that savors me. 20% of the book was repeated. I was getting worried but I wanted to read more about Drake and Lana. Lana goes to college in New York. Drake goes to rehab and tries to win Lana back. You get to meet Lana's roommates. I'm loving Drakes brother Shane. I can't wait to read his story. ...more
