I reached my reading goal for 2016 with this book and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it! Though the family is so not like my own, this is a real family story filled with expectations, disappointments, and an acceptance of what is and how good that can be.

I tried to read this book...but stopped trying.....I have no desire to know about any of these characters and I had such high hopes for it when I read the reviews. I am just glad it was a library book and I didn't pay for it.... ...more
