I have mixed feelings about the book as I very much enjoy the idea of showing how different people live in other parts of the world or the country,
However, some of the illustrations fall into the category of stereotypes, and i did not appreciate finding fact mixed in with fictional homes (other than the lady who lived in the shoe), because i think it confuses the reader, i.e, what is real and what if fake or phony.

Loved the illustrations and the concept. Sometimes a bit confusing, mixing real homes with fictional homes.
