This was a brutal book. This was also an extremely well written book that everyone should read (as long as you are not squeamish). This book about the survivors of the Andes disaster was heartbreaking, emotional, and vivid. I am usually not bothered by things that I read but this book got to me. It even gave me a nightmare which was a first. The writing is excellent and you feel like you are engaged throughout the event. I read the entire book in two days because of how well written it is.
