I absolutely loved this magical book!!! Oh my, I'm so glad I ordered the next and only have to wait like a week...
Right from the beginning I was captivated with the story. The writing was so beautiful and it just instantly drew me in.
I loved Shahrzed and Despina's friendship. And the romance!! Oh my I loved the romance. At first I wasn't sure if I liked the together... But soon enough I just wanted them to kiss! They way the feel for each other and they way they describe their love is just enc ...more

This book was great. The hype probably did get the better of me so when I read the book I wasn't disappointed but I didn't see what all the hype was about therefore giving a 4 star. The story was good it was interesting and engaging. I thought the book was at its strongest at the beginning and at the very end the middle was kinda meh for me. The characters were great too. Love it
I had been putting off reading this book for so long since it had so much hype attached to it. I now understand the hype for it. It was a very fun read and so interesting. I loved this retelling of One Thousand and One Nights. I loved the storytelling aspect of this book and I adored the characters. The main character is such a strong female character. I enjoyed reading about her so much. Although this book was very fantastic I did feel like it got a bit slow at some points. I can't wait to read
